Under the spirit of “Sakigakeru”, we try to create new bean jam.
Although it is our bean jam which have used for buns and breads, always we pursued the hidden possibilities of bean jam. Our underlying sprit, "Sakigakeru" is challenging beyond common sense and customs. Based on the abundant knowledge and experience cultivated so far, with the sophisticated technology, we continue a new challenge that is not confined to the old concept of bean jam. These are examples that we have been working on making new bean jam ahead of the industry.

Since then, it has developed a variety of physical properties according to the application, such as frozen desserts and shaved ice. It has been widely popular as a pioneer in the industry for many years.

"Ogura An 88" is grain-type bean jam with glutinous rice. The texture of glutinous rice is fresh and somewhat nostalgic taste. It is difficult to stabilize the physical properties of glutinous rice, it is our original product which was developed by repeated development such as subtle fire reduction and cooking time.
Adzuki’s original taste
The boiling of Adzuki takes time and effort. In order to solve such a problem, we commercialized boiled adzuki. After boiling Adzuki at our company, retort processing is done so it is possible to storage long-term at room temperature. It is sugar-free and uncolored, healthy food that also contained the original taste of Adzuki. You can use for cooking as it is.
